Data privacy

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and we treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

Serverlogs

Every time you access our website, our internet service provider automatically collects certain information and stores it for a limited time.

  • date and time of retrieval
  • inquiry details and destination address
  • the name of the file retrieved and the amount of data transferred

This data is evaluated for statistical and security purposes as well as for the optimization of our internet offer. Neither person-related evaluation nor profiling occurs.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. We only use a cookie in our online catalogue to create your bidding form. This is a session cookie which is automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

If you wish, you can disable the use of cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. Please use the help functions of your internet browser to find out how you can change these settings. (You cannot use the bidding function of our online catalogue without cookies.)

Entry of personal data

Our contact form / catalogue request form / bidding form will ask for your name and other personal information. It is your decision whether you wish to communicate this data to us. The principle of data avoidance and data economy (§ 3a BDSG) applies here.
The transmission of your personal data to our server is encrypted.

Newsletter

If you would like to receive our newsletters, you can subscribe on our contact page by providing us with your email address and ticking the box for newsletters. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the registered e-mail address. By clicking on the link you confirm your interest a second time (double-opt-in) and only then will you be added to our mailing list.

You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time, e.g. via the "Delete" link in the newsletter or you unsubscribe here.
